Do y’all remember when Lori Laughlin was a good mom? Heavens, Aunt Becky. What happened?
I love music. That’s a pretty bland statement. It’s something that a person with zero thought would put on a dating profile, but I REALLY love music. There is a song in my head almost all the time and half the time that song is coming out of my mouth. I don’t care who I am around. I just sing. To myself. A lot.

I’m a lover of a playlist, but remember when you’d burn a CD? I remember waiting on my CD to finish burning MANY times on Sunday afternoons at my parents’ house before making the drive back to my college. I had one CD that I labeled “Dtown Krunk” for my drive back to school. I’m pretty sure it had Rufus Wainwright’s “Hallelujah” on it. Supes krunk.
Anyway, Caroline has been wanting me to do another playlist post. I shared my workout playlist many moons ago, so I thought that in honor of Labor Day I’d share this very special playlist that I created for one of my friends when she was getting ready to deliver her son. I have several friends who are boy moms and have shared it with them as well. I’m pretty proud of it. It covers the whole process, so if you (Jodes) or someone you know is pregnant, pass this inspiration along.

And upon reading this, Caroline will never let me share another playlist ever again, so if all else fails in the delivery room, recreate this moment from 7th Heaven because it will always be my favorite.
Whether you are laboring or not on this Monday, I hope it’s as great as my ability to create uncomfortable playlists.

Dtown Krunk. Haaaa. I had one labeled Sunset Jams. Why.
YES!
