I’m flying solo today-in more than one sense. Caroline is readjusting to the noise of three children after her trip to Boston, so I’ll be joining A Little Bit of Everything and Momfessionals and sharing my favorites from the week. AND tonight I’m flying out to Colorado for my fall break. I’m quite pumped.
I feel like I just need to speak this aloud. I LOVE a mock turtleneck. Whew. Glad to get that off my chest. I’m a big fan of this mockneck bodysuit. It’s long enough for my mile long torso, and this wine color is autumn embodied(suit). I’ve worn it with jeans to dinner and to work with a skirt this week. Big fan.
Did I audibly squeal when I saw this kombucha at Target the other day? Yes. Yes, I did. I had it a couple of times last year at the very end of fall, so I feel like I didn’t enjoy it to its greatest extent. Not this year. Kombucha erry day.
Rolling down the street. Soaking sun rays. Sipping on kombucha. Laid back. With my mind on my mules and my mules on my mind.
That’s basically the white girl version of Snoop Dogg, and I don’t hate it. And I don’t hate these mules either. I’m very much on the mule train. It’s still too hot booties (in my opinion), but no one needs to see my unpedicured toes at this stage of the year. Enter mules.
I love a dark nail color in autumn. Come at me. I’m normally not a fan of Essie polish, but this one is quality.
These memories popped up this week. Caroline drove from Little Rock and I flew from Atlanta, and we met in Pawhuska to eat at the Pioneer Woman’s restaurant. I still think about that spinach dip from time to time.
Welp, after a half day at school, I’ll be heading to the airport. I am grossly unprepared. Wish me luck.
