Can you believe it’s almost June? I can, and I can’t. Time doesn’t make any good sense anymore.

*My picks for this week are various and sundry just like my personality. Here we go.
As the school year came to a close, I noticed the stress taking a toll on my skin. I’ve tried a lot of products over the years, but this one from Tula was a new find. It’s a spot treatment, and I think it does a good job. I can for sure tell a difference.

*My skin woes might also be in conjunction with my sugar consumption but such is life. These cinnamon sugar donuts are worth it. Let me work it. I put my thing down flip it and reverse it. I apologize for who I am.
Buy a donut pan and go nuts for donuts.

*I recently binged American Crime Story: The People vs. OJ. I couldn’t stop. It was so well done. It first came out on FX in 2016, but it is available to watch on Netflix. Fascinating. You DO have to be able to get past the fact that Ross Geller is Robert Kardashian, but at one point I FOR SURE thought he was going to go “Red Ross” on OJ. Theo Huxtable drives the getaway Bronco. Danny Zuko has had an aggressive amount of Botox, and the voice of Timon is a powerful attorney. So there’s a lot of 80s/90s nostalgia that you have to table to enjoy, but it’s SO good.

*Kat gives you pretty donuts sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. I give you green mush on bread.

One of my favorite breakfasts is avocado toast. It’s the quintessential food of millennials, and it is delicious. I used to eat this every single morning, but I hadn’t had it in a while. I started the trend back up this week and loved every bite. Don’t turn up your nose; give it a try. I feel like all I do on this blog is talk about my love for brussel sprouts and goat cheese, but I am who I am. I like mine with goat cheese and a sprinkle of crushed red pepper.

*A few years ago I slowly began to switch out my beauty products for cleaner options. I use a lot of Beauty Counter items, but I’m not the biggest fan of their mascara. I recently got this one from Honest and love it.

*Why wouldn’t I round out this week’s favorites with a food favorite? It wouldn’t be right if I didn’t. I’m not going to tell you how much I’ve eaten of this stuff the past few days.

It is made with coconut oil, so it does have that “coconuty oily” taste, but I’m a fan of that. I found it at Publix even though it looks like I purchased it at a Buddhist temple.
*Also, after I read Kat’s favorites for the week, I started watching The People vs O.J. because if there is an interesting murder trial story to be told, I will partake. You should watch it too. BUT let John Travolta’s face be a cautionary tale to us all. Steer clear of too much botox, everyone.
Thanks for joining us this week!

My donut pan is now on the way! LOL Laney will have fun making them! Have a great weekend you two!
Ah yay! There are SO many good baked donut recipes out there. They look super fancy, but they are so easy to make. I hope you and Laney have fun!
I also love the Honest company mascara. I don’t mind the beauty counter mascara but I also have naturally long lashes they are just blonde at the tip.
